Patterson comes to UV Logistics with more than 40 years of experience in the trucking, transportation and supply chain arenas and has an extensive track record of taking logistics companies to new heights. He has replaced former CEO Howard Hoffmann who left the organization to return to his consulting business.

He has worked for a number of the industry?s leading companies and contributed to three successful startups. In addition, Patterson has consistently met or exceeded shareholder expectations and has achieved above-average industry profits. In his prior position as Senior Vice President of UTi, Patterson was responsible for four businesses, two asset-based trucking companies, including a flatbed and specialized carrier and two non-asset based transportation companies that comprised all of UTi?s North American transportation operations.
