I earned an associates degree for electronic technology at this community college a year ago. if i decide to go for another degree (accounting) at the same school, would i have to take the same courses over again? for example, i took english comp I and II, calculus, psychology for electronic technology. Since those courses are also apart of the accounting program, would i have to take it again? remember i’m not changing majors, i already have an associates degree. i’m trying to get another associates degree in a different field, would i have to take those courses again?

Answer by Rita u should talk to ur advisor..mostly likely u don’t hav to repeat these classes…just take the classes u need for accounting..but its always good to talk to ur advisor..u might waste ur time taking the classes over..good luck

Stephen Kalil is the Executive Research Chef at Frito-Lay?s Culinary Innovation Center. Stephen oversees a team of chefs and food scientists who apply culinary arts, science and technology together in a discipline known as ?culinology? to translate hot trends in food into snacks and approaches them as a culinary experience. Chef Stephen is both a Certified Executive Chef (CEC) with the American Culinary Federation and a Certified Research Chef (CRC) with the Research Chefs Association, where he currently serves as president of the association.
He has been featured on the Food Network?s Unwrapped, is regularly featured in industry publications such as Culinology, Flavor and the Menu and Prepared Foods magazines. While many students struggle through weeks of difficult and expensive college courses, others gain quick college credit by passing a CLEP test. CLEP, or the college level examination program, is a program that allows students the opportunity to receive 3 to 12 college credits by simply taking an equivalency test.

Later in the evening, we decided to swing by Mount Tabor, our favorite Portland park, on our way home. Though the exposure doesn’t quite show it, Mt. Hood was gorgeously illuminated by the setting sun.
